How long will it take for my delivery to get to me?
To be honest we’re probably just as excited for you to receive your order as you are. So to answer that question, not long.
We send all of our tops via Royal Mail and they should take 3-5 working days to be with you. If your order has taken longer than this then please get in touch.
Please bear in mind that delivery times can take a little longer than expected during busy periods such as Christmas or devastating global pandemics.
Can i cancel my order?
As mentioned, we’re pretty quick to ship your order out so you’ll have to get up pretty early to beat us to it. However, if you are quicker than us then we might be able to catch it in time and cancel your order.
To cancel your order please send us an email at info@arumura.co.uk with details of your order and confirm that you wish to cancel it, and we will get your money back to as quickly as we can.
If we don’t catch it in time then unfortunately you will have to send it back to us and we can then process a refund.
i may have accidentally put in the wrong shipping address…
Silly sausage. Send us an email at info@arumuragolf.co.uk with details of your order and your new address and if we catch it in time we will send it to the correct place.
Unfortunately if it has already been sent out then we have to cross our fingers and hope that the recipient has the good nature to send it back. Lets hope they don’t open the package hey?
My delivery hasn’t arrived and i can’t take the anticipation anymore?
We appreciate this must be excruciating.
If you haven't received a dispatch email yet (make sure to check those junk folders) then your order is still being safely packaged up at HQ. If you have, then it should be en route.
Although we’re pretty nifty at getting your order shipped off ASAP, please bear in mind that delivery times can take a little longer than expected at busy times.
We aim to have all orders to you in 3-5 business days but if it hasn’t arrived within a week then drop us an email at info@arumura.co.uk with your order details, and we will do our best to track it down.
