How do I return an item? Asking for a friend.

Tell your friend that they’re making a mistake but if they really want to then we respect that decision. We just want your friend to be happy after all.

You have 14 days from the order date to return any items back to HQ. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition.

You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour. Either leave a note with your details and your order number and include it with your items when you send it back to us or send us an email at info@arumura.co.uk.

Please address your package to: Arumura Ltd, 90 North End Road, London, W14 9EX.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (unless it is faulty, incorrect or mis-described). We suggest you return your products by “Recorded” delivery so you can follow up with the courier service you have selected to use, as any lost returns are the responsibility of the sender.

We want to be able to accept all returns, however in unlikely event that an item is returned to us in a bad way, we may have to send it right back to you.

If you are returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item then please first get in touch and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

I have received the wrong item.

Sorry about that, sometimes one slips through the net.

If you have received an item that doesn’t match your order confirmation or delivery note, then please get in touch with us at info@arumura.co.uk and we will rectify this. Don’t worry you won’t incur any extra costs, we’ve got you.

when will i receive my refund?

Typically it will take 21 days for returns to be processed and refunds to reach your bank account, but it can take up to 30 days during busier times.

If in 30 days you still haven’t received your refund, then drop us an email at info@arumura.co.uk and we will look into this.

Hypothetically, what would you do if my item was faulty or damaged?

Hypothetically, if an item is damaged or faulty, for example there was a ‘hole in one’ (HAHA), then we would do our utmost to make sure this was resolved.

To get the ball rolling, please send us an email at info@arumura.co.uk with details of your order and the nature of the fault/damage. We will be on the case straight away.
